Course Overview
Kali Linux is the leading Linux distribution in the fields of penetration testing, forensics, and incident response. These different use cases require Kali Linux to be customized and deployed for different devices and environments. In this course students will learn about the history of Kali and how it evolved out of Back Track. In hands-on sessions student will learn how to install Kali and various devices but also how to configure update management and perform system maintenance tasks. Kali comes with a lot of tools but sometimes it is required to install, update, and maintain packages and configure permissions to sensitive information and files and finally students learn how to deploy Kali in Enterprise networks, creating their own repositories and mirrors and protect systems against attacks with iptables. This course delivers all fundamental knowledge to install, customize, update, maintain, perform system administration tasks, and protect your various systems running Kali Linux.

- Basics in TCP/IP and Networking
- First hands-on knowledge with any Linux Distribution
Course Objectives
After attending this training, students will be able to take the Offensive Security Kali Linux Certified Professional Exam (KLCP). The exam is a multiple-choice test which can be taken remotely proctored in the comfort of your own home.
