- Working knowledge of fundamental terms and concepts of computer networking, including LANs, WANs, switching and routing
- Ability to configure and operate Cisco routers and switches

Course Content
CTCOLLAB Bridge Part 1: Troubleshooting CUCM Call Setup is a two-day, hands-on course that focuses on some of the most common problems in a Cisco Collaboration Solution deployment: Cisco Unified Communications Manager call setup issues. This course provides you with an option if you have taken the CCNP Voice TVOICE course, or are otherwise familiar with the content of that course, to learn new material added to CTCOLLAB to cover the latest CSR 10.6 technologies.
